The Details Collection includes bud vases, candle vessels, signage, easels, table numbers, dessert displays, cocktail hour essentials, and more. Setup and teardown are included, allowing you to simply choose the pieces you love while I handle the rest.

How do we book with you?

Submit your information on my contact page. We will schedule a free consultation call to discuss your details and give you a quote! Please allow 24-48 hours for responses.

Do I still need a coordinator if my venue has one?

While venue coordinators oversee venue-related operations, I focus on your entire wedding day experience, including vendors, timeline management, personal decor, rehearsal coordination, and guest-facing logistics.

 

When do you begin working with couples?

While we'll be in touch throughout your planning process, I begin taking a more active role approximately 6–8 weeks before your wedding date, when timelines, logistics, and final details start coming together.

 

Do you travel for weddings?

I am based in Durham, NC but love to travel! Travel fees are not included in the starting prices and vary depending on your venue and reception locations.

Do you require a deposit?

I require a 50% deposit on all bookings before your date is reserved. The remainder is due 30 days before your wedding date.

 

Do you offer full planning services?

 

I hope to offer full planning services in the future, however, I am only offering coordination & partial planning services at this time.

 

What happens if something goes wrong on wedding day?

 

My role is to anticipate issues before they become problems and handle unexpected situations behind the scenes. From vendor delays to timeline adjustments, I work to ensure you remain present and stress-free throughout the day.
